Job Description:
Beacon Private School is seeking a creative Marketing Lead to join our team. This position is essential in enhancing the school’s brand image and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. The candidate should show a goal-oriented and business acumen skills to make a real impact on the marketing and bring quality leads to the school’s admissions department.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Photography:
- Capture high-quality photographs during school events, activities, and celebrations to highlight learners’ achievements and school culture.
- Organize and manage a photo archive for easy access and future use.
Photo Designing:
- Edit and enhance photos for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that align with the school’s branding.
Video Editing:
- Record and edit videos to create compelling content for school marketing, events, and announcements.
- Develop creative promotional videos to highlight key programs and initiatives.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the school’s programs and values, with the objective of increasing learners’ enrolment.
- Manage the school’s social media platforms, website content, and digital presence.
- Organize events and collaborate with external parties to promote the school's programs.
- Create a marketing plan that creates robust presence of the school in digital and physical scenarios.
- Ability to run campaigns in Meta, Google and other social media platforms such as TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography and designing with a background in marketing.
- Proven experience in running marketing campaigns, either digital and physical with track record of outcome from previous actions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Canva
- Knowledgeable about education sector and schools’ market in Bahrain is desirable.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communications and interdepartmental skills to work closely with the admissions department to establish the right strategy and oversee any immediate change on the future campaigns to accommodate the changes necessaries for the best outcome.
