Responsibilities:
  • Administer Compensation and Benefits Plans: Manage and oversee the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with company objectives.
  • Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring the right talent is hired in a timely manner.
  • Support Employees on HR-Related Topics: Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters such as leaves, compensation, benefits, and other workplace concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote HR Programs: Develop and promote HR programs to foster an efficient, collaborative, and conflict-free workplace environment.
  • Assist in HR Policy Development: Help in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of human resource policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance management tasks, including gathering and analyzing key HR metrics such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Employee Performance Reviews: Organize and coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews to assess and enhance employee performance.
  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained in both electronic and paper formats, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Enhance Job Satisfaction: Improve employee engagement by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Labor Compliance: Handle government-related processes and relations, including GOSI, LMRA, Tamkeen, and other relevant authorities, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
  • Organize Fun Activities for the Company: Plan and execute recreational activities, events, and celebrations to boost employee morale, strengthen team bonds, and create a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor Employee Performance and Compliance: Regularly check that employees are fulfilling their job responsibilities effectively and working according to the required standards, taking corrective actions as needed.
