We're looking for talented, enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Interns, to join us in proving our users amazing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage and support our customer's lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and overall satisfaction
- Develop strong relationships with customers from the moment they register on the app
- Communicating with customers over doobi's chat and direct phone calls to help solve their problems and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide guidance and empathy towards our users enquiries and any potential problem they may face
- Help create amazing experiences for our users by going above & beyond to make sure they always leave a conversation on a positive note
- Champion ownership and teamwork by always communicating feedback to the team and following up on resolving customer related issues
Requirements
- University student or a fresh graduate interested to start his career in Customer Experience
- Consider yourself a people's person, ability to stay calm while communicating with users
- Customer centric mindset and data driven
- Superior attention to detail and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to speak/write English & Arabic fluently
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
- Super passionate about providing a service that makes peoples lives simpler and better
- Interested in working on shift basis
