Key Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
•Direct calls to the appropriate departments and personnel as needed.
•Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
•Maintain accurate records of calls and messages, ensuring proper follow-up when necessary.
•Assist with reservations and provide information about room availability and rates.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•Stay updated on hotel policies, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a customer service role is preferred.
•Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer applications.
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
