Key Responsibilities:

As Lighting Sales Engineer, you will:

• Identify Growth Opportunities: Explore new areas of growth and enhance the company’s market presence in the lighting industry.

• Drive Sales Success: Increase sales revenue and improve margins by providing tailored, innovative lighting solutions to customers.

• Lighting Design Expertise: Create lighting designs and perform LUX calculations in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.

• Scope Evaluation: Analyze project specifications and drawings provided by clients and contractors to fully understand project requirements.

• BOQ Preparation: Conduct quantity take-offs from electrical layouts to prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Product Selection and Costing: Select luminaires from our product portfolio that meet project specifications, prepare costing, and generate competitive quotations.

• Technical Submissions: Develop product prequalification documents and technical submittals for client and consultant approvals.

• Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers to secure product and documentation support for project requirements.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales within the lighting industry.

• Strong skills in lighting design, LUX calculations, and BOQ preparation.

• Proficiency in evaluating project specifications and drawings to meet client requirements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer focus.
