NTU International’s Pool of Experts – Lot 14: Migration and Forced Displacement

NTU finalized 2023 with remarkable results in the prestigious EU FWCs for Services for External Aid (SEA 2023)!
With outstanding technical evaluation scores, NTU was awarded as leader of SEA 2023 Lot 13: Health, Social Inclusion and Protection, Inequalities. The Lot will include project assignments taking place globally in key sectors of our long-proven capacity, such as:
- Support to Legal Migration and Mobility: Labour migration, student exchanges, free movement
- Addressing Irregular Migration: Combating smuggling of migrants, Integrated Border Management, information and awareness raising
- Response to Forced Displacement: Resettlement and repatriation of refugees, return and reintegration of Internally displaced persons (IDPs), Protection of refugees and IDPs including regularization and documentation
- Addressing Root Causes: Addressing socio-political and economic drivers, Climate change, disasters and environmentally related displacement
- Support to Migration Governance/Management: Support to any related dialogue or global processes, advanced administrative capacity building for strengthened migration governance and readmission
- Migration and Development: Diaspora engagement, reducing costs of remittances
- Protection of Migrants: Regularization, registration, documentation and integration of immigrants, children and gender issues
- Collection, Analysis, and Dissemination of Data
In these fields, NTU will offer invaluable support throughout the operations cycle, providing technical insights and executing specialized tasks, including policy analysis and design, mainstreaming EU policy priorities, and Intervention Cycle Management activities. This encompasses feasibility studies, needs assessments, institutional/stakeholder analysis and consultations, political, economic, financial analysis, and context analysis, quality review of documents, support to project design and monitoring, evaluations, capacity-development activities, public information, and communication in these critical sectors.
