Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, using Canva and other design tools.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Write and design advertisements and social media blogs.
  • Provide general administrative support including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled.
  • Liaise with event vendors, participants, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Engage with customers and clients both online and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or any related field.


Requirements & Skills

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proficient in design tools, particularly Canva; familiarity with other design packages is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
