With a strong legacy and an ambitious vision for growth, the company is expanding its footprint in the Middle East. They are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to help drive their market presence and execute high-impact strategies in Bahrain & Asia.


The Role

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance visibility, drive sales, and strengthen partnerships with key retail and distribution channels.   • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives and cater to the unique dynamics of the Middle Eastern & Asian markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design impactful in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage trade budgets effectively to optimise return on investment and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to drive brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed to maximise results.
  • Lead category management projects, ensuring optimal shelf space and product placement in retail environments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and ensure seamless market launches.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have 7+ years of experience in trade marketing within the food & beverage FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate the Middle Eastern and Asian markets with cultural and commercial understanding.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at multiple organisational levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be ready to relocate to the Middle East to be at the heart of the business operations.
