Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Lumofy. The Account Executive will be responsible for converting potential client accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales growth through the implementation of our skills-first platform. Daily tasks include conducting potential client meetings, understanding potential client needs, and presenting solutions that align with their talent development strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in selling software solutions or HR technology
- Knowledge of talent management, workforce development, or HR practices
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
