- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote training programs and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website content.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation:
- Create and oversee engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Develop content tailored to specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
- Brand Development:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing efforts.
- Enhance brand presence and recognition within the training and education industry.
- Event Management:
- Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Experience in the training or education industry is an advantage.
- Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
