Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.


Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.



Responsibilities


  • Review and monitor department workforce budget.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
  • Contact candidates arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Create awareness of the internal career page and encourage employees to apply internally and ensure their ability to apply
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Ensure of completing all recruitment formalities for candidates before joining the company.
  • Generating report on employment activity as per management request.



Qualification and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business management
  • Minimum of 4 -5 proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Experienced as an HR Generalist role would be an advantage.
  • Professional certificate will be preferred such as CIPD or SHRM


Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Practiced the full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiar with social media and professional networks
