We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team immediately, ensuring our users get the most value from our platform and have an excellent experience.

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager at Monerti, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience, provide ongoing support, and help them achieve their goals using our platform. You will also work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to provide feedback and insights from customers to improve our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring they are fully utilizing the platform’s features.
  • Provide ongoing support, answering questions and solving issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain more value from Monerti’s platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer usage and take proactive measures to prevent churn.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Familiarity with property management software or SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to join immediately (not serving a notice period with a current company).
