The baker (croissant maker) is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, croissants, and other baked goods in accordance with recipes and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have creativity, a passion for baking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
· Filling, wrapping, and packaging products while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.
· Operates and monitors continuous production line.
· Operate and maintain machinery, usually in a manufacturing setting.
· Basic Knowledge of Foods Safety & Health and Safety.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery or culinary environment, with a focus on baking.
· Experience in Croissant high-volume production bakery is advantageous.
