Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize online campaigns and ensure a strong online presence for our brand.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, encompassing social media, audience segmentation, and partnerships with key platforms and agencies to maximize ROI and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with online marketing specialists to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Partner with online advertising teams to efficiently allocate and monitor marketing budgets across diverse channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and campaign delivery goals. Work closely with creative and copywriting teams to develop visually appealing assets and compelling ad copy for social media and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Establish and implement a prompt response strategy for inquiries and comments on social media platforms, fostering positive brand engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to generate insightful reports that inform and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Partner with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding new and existing digital marketing initiatives. Facilitate clear communication and alignment to ensure these initiatives support overall business objectives, vision, and mission.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

Years of Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience and/or a combination of experience and education.



Skills and/or Competencies required:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience in developing and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
