Human Resources Administrative Officer

Position Title: HR/Admin Manager (Office Management, Guest House, and Warehouse)

Location: Rashmi Metaliks Ltd.

Reports to: Head of Administration / Chief Operating Officer


Role Summary:


The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of office administration, guest house operations, and warehouse management. The role involves ensuring smooth operations of the corporate office, overseeing guest house facilities, and coordinating with the warehouse team for administrative and logistics-related activities. The individual will manage staff, facilities, inventory, and logistics, while ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all functions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.
  • Manage office facilities, including cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and utilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services (e.g., IT support, cleaning, security).


  1. Guest House Management:


  • Oversee the operations of the company’s guest house, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality for guests.
  • Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for upkeep.
  • Ensure that guest house facilities meet company standards and provide a comfortable stay for visitors.


  1. Warehouse Administration:


  • Support the warehouse team by managing administrative tasks related to inventory management, supplies, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure smooth operations, including tracking inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.


  1. Staff Supervision:


  • Supervise and manage administrative, housekeeping, and support staff across the office, guest house, and warehouse.
  • Ensure that staff are well-trained, adhere to company policies, and deliver services to a high standard.


  1. Budgeting and Cost Management:


  • Manage the budget for office supplies, guest house expenses, and warehouse administration.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.


  1. Vendor and Supplier Management:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for office, guest house, and warehouse needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


  1. Health, Safety, and Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across office, guest house, and warehouse operations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and guests.
