We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Graphic Designer specialized in the flexible packaging industry. If you have a strong background in packaging design, proficiency with industry-standard tools, and the ability to meet client demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and high-quality packaging graphics in alignment with client needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure design consistency and accuracy in all projects.
- Create artwork for packaging that includes rotogravure cylinder engraving and flexographic plate-making.
- Prepare and oversee files for printing processes, ensuring proper color separation and quality control.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry trends and adapt designs based on market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of rotogravure cylinder engraving and flexographic plate-making.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and print production processes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of packaging industry trends and a portfolio that showcases relevant design experience.
