We are currently recruiting a senior legal professional with over 10 years of experience in litigation to manage the Legal and Litigation function. The role is a dynamic one where the incumbent will be overseeing the litigation department, legal operations, client relationship and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the litigation and legal function within the organization.
• Oversee budget.
• Provide legal advice to clients across all aspects of law.
• Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organisations in support of compliance and customer relations.
• Review and development of policy documents and Service Level Agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of client.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with organisations and clients to ensure service levels remain high.
• Ensure records are effectively maintained.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
• Understand and maintain confidentiality

The Senior Legal Manager might be required to attend court sessions and defend high profile cases to ensure a win.
