Assistant Manager Sales- Commercial Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desired Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing a sales team will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior in Bahrain.
