Cosmetics & Cosmeceuticals Category Manager

  1. Prepares strategic and operational marketing plan ensuring conformance with market share and budget requirements across the full C&C business. 
  2. Contribute to the department's marketing planning to ensure the development of an integrated plan.
  3. Designs, develops, and executes marketing strategies for product range which determines appropriate positioning and supports new product launch.
  4. Develops marketing support activities which enable direct sales for business units.
  5. Provides input to development strategy across product range handled to ensure new enhanced products meet category requirements.
  6. Acts as the key interface for all product related issues across the category
  7. Uses market and competitor intelligence to monitor customer and competitor behavior and build into revised category plans.

Bachelor's degree in related field.10- +12 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the FMCG sector with experience in multiple markets in GCC, and GDMs while Others are a plus.Excellent standard of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.Excellent standard of Computer skills. Mainly in Excel and Power Point.
