Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bellperson role at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain in Manama. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for communication, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, assisting with luggage, and participating in training activities to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in handling receptionist duties and managing luggage
- Training in hospitality or relevant field
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Multi-lingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
