A Project management and consultancy management company is seeking to recruit a Senior Operations manager to manage the operations of their organisation and its subsidiaries.
Reporting Line: Chairman and Board of Directors
Responsibilities
- Set the organisation business plan based on Board objectives
- Set, review and approve departments KPIs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments and resolve any issues
- Manage the business development efforts, attending meetings, negotiating deals and ensuring effective service is provided
- Establish the policies and procedures of the organisation
- Identify any inefficient processes, and develop improvement plans
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Monitor department's compliance with the quality management system and local regulations
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Oversee project deliverables
- Team management
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Support the finance team in pricing projects and associated per hour charges
- Manage company profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a recognized organization
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of management experience
- Experience in handling multi-million project deals
- Experience in consultancy project deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
