Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in the real estate sector.
  • Oversee and manage the sales team, motivating and supporting them to achieve their goals and maximize sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue generation.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business development and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management to track performance and make informed decisions.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful sales performance.
  • Previous experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and expand market presence in the real estate sector.
