Greets and registers the patients in a friendly and efficient manner. Answers the telephone promptly with accurate transfer of calls and maintains appointment schedules as required, provide accurate information to the patients regarding the center services– facilitates an accessible service to clients providing translation, information and assistance regarding center services, monitor all front office process to control and implement center policies, procedures and quality standards, facilitates insurance patients and complete insurance process of claims, handle casher and money with care.


1. Register patients, including Registration in various Insurance companies.

2. Update patients address and contact number during each visit.

3. Perform positive patient identification.

4. Provide information, as required, regarding center procedures and services.

5. Direct, if necessary, escort patients between departments.

6. Maintain appointment schedules accurately considering physician or departmental meetings.

7. Answer telephone and provide reception service in a courteous and professional manner and ensure incoming calls are transferred to appropriate extension or person.

8. Answer telephone and provide reception service in a courteous and professional manner and ensuring patients inquiries are answered accurately and professionally.

9. Demonstrate awareness of and adhere to center policies and procedures.

10. Assist in maintaining general cleanliness of the department.

11. Assist in organizing the prompt circulation of clients through the department, ensuring they are seen in the correct order.

12. Give assistance to new staff members in performance of their duties.

13. Function as a team member.

14. Demonstrate positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help patients and others.

15. Recognize and respect limits of confidential information and maintains confidentiality.

16. Report unsafe or unusual circumstances to the operation officer and /or supervisor.

17. Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

18. Attend meetings and participate in working groups as required.

19. Participate in systematic in-service education programs.

20. Assist in the collection of patient satisfaction surveys.

21. Help mitigate and resolve patient complaints.

22. Demonstrate a neat and professional appearance.

23. Report for duty as scheduled and adhere to departmental working hours.

24. Be familiar with and observe the center policy pertaining to confidentiality.

25. Process insurance claims daily and ensure all insurance claims are completed in the same shift.

26. Give over after each shift to staff and supervisor/ shift in charge.

27. Process complaints, patients review, inquiries and questions in the same shift or within 24 Hours.
