We are looking for a creative and results-driven Ad Creative Specialist to boost our user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing ad creatives for our mobile apps and games, with a focus on increasing conversion rates and lowering CPI.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce original ad creatives at a scale, including influencer videos, UGC content, production videos, motion graphics, and AI-generated content
- Create multiple variants for each original creative to maximize testing and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to analyze creative performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate UGC content creation
- Stay up-to-date with mobile ad creative trends and implement new techniques to improve performance
- Work closely with the ASO & SEO Specialist to ensure ad creative alignment with app store presence
- Collaborate with the Copywriting team to develop compelling ad copy that complements visual creatives
- Scaling the team to be able to accomdate the desired voulme
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating high-performing ad creatives for mobile apps or games
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative styles and formats
- Proficiency in video production, editing, and motion graphics software
- Experience with UGC content creation and management
- Familiarity with AI-generated content tools and techniques
- Understanding of mobile user acquisition strategies and metrics (CPI, CPM,conversion rates)
- Knowledge of best practices in mobile game ad creatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily creative production goals
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of Arabic culture and its application in creative content
- Familiarity with A/B testing and creative optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry
- Knowledge of major ad networks and their creative specifications
- Experience with programmatic advertising
