ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our growth initiatives, taking on tasks such as conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating leads, making cold calls, and participating in strategic meetings. You will also have the opportunity to assist the Sales team in various projects, contributing to our mission of driving innovation in fintech. We value independence, so while you'll receive guidance from your manager, we also trust you to work autonomously when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Cold-call and email prospects to build and develop relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Qualify all inbound marketing leads to identify if their needs and requirements match the company's product offerings
- Schedule the initial meeting and coordinate with the business development manager
- Research and engage potential clients to generate new leads and consistently boost sales volume
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on relationship-building and influence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including experience with spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Recent graduate with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management, or Business Informatics.
