Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Ashorcom Co. W.L.L. in Manama. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote and sell various insurance products, provide customer support, handle training sessions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales and Customer Support experience
- Training skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Previous experience in sales or telesales roles
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
