Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager located in Bahrain. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for working closely & collaborating with the CEO & the Executive Management to align store operations with the company’s strategic goals, handling inventory management, overseeing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with suppliers and more.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of prior experience in a retail management jewellery role.
• In-depth knowledge of international jewellery brands.
• Language proficiency: Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to understand and adapt to new jewellery trends and technology.
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
