Sales Manager (Project's Sales) - Lewan Decor Factory

The sales manager in charge of project sales works directly with clients to understand their project needs, provides detailed proposals, negotiates contract terms, and ensures a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and address any concerns or changes.
  • Contract Negotiation: Discussing and finalizing contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and legal compliance.
  • Project Planning: Collaborating with the project management team to develop detailed project plans that align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Coordination: Ensuring seamless coordination between the client and internal teams, including production, design, and installation.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the project, ensuring client satisfaction and project continuity.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all communications, contracts, and project changes.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: To effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: To finalize contracts and handle any disputes.
  • Project Management Expertise: Understanding of project management principles to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attention to Detail: To ensure all contractual terms and project details are accurate.
  • Customer Service Orientation: To maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD600.000 - BD3,000.000 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
