Business Development/ Sr. Sales Manager – Structural and Mechanical


Job Specifications:

 

  • Understand company’s product and services and can achieve the sales targets as per company’s revenue budgets.
  • Able to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, revenue and ensure it’s strong presence within targeted business sector and industries. Able to attain pre-qualification of company’s product & services and registered them with end users, clients, EPC, regulators, and consultants as applicable within various industries and sectors.
  • Able to analyze industry’s demand/supply requirements of current and future products, follow customer’s business analytics and make appropriate recommendation accordingly.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Able to market the company’s product and services through mainstream and social media, organize/attend local and regional industry’s fair, exhibitions and conferences across the region.
  • Monitor, review and report progress on all sales, business development and marketing.

Work Experience:

  • 15+ year of experience similar capacity and with adequate experience of managing business development and technical sales of Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Skids, Modules, and other heavy steel fabrication. Experience in GCC within the oil n gas, power/energy or aluminum sector is must. Extensive knowledge of GCC business methods and markets with relevant product and industry knowledge. 

Qualification :

  • Bachelor in Technology / Mechanical Engineering with a Master’s in Business Administration.
  • the company’s customer base and revenue and ensures its strong presence within targeted business sectors
