Creative Designer and Social Media Specialist - Invita Company W.L.L

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Designer and Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop and create visually compelling posts for social media channels.
  • Manage and curate content to ensure regular and high-quality output.
  • Capture and edit photographs during various events.
  • Create engaging videos that align with our brand image.
  • Design promotional artwork for various campaigns.
  • To stay updated on current design trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies

Communication and Engagement:

  • Handle queries and messages, actively engaging with the audience.
  • Implement community management strategies to foster positive interactions. and building a strong online community around the brand.
  • Schedule and deliver messages using an up-to-date content calendar.
  • The ability to handle negative comments or crises on social media professionally.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with marketing team to deliver key messages.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to manage paid media advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include strategy development, budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure effective ROI and collaborate with the team to make data-driven recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of content.
  • Generate reports using tools such as Hootsuite, Iconosquare, and Meta.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights.

Creative Design:

  • Develop flyers, banners, and company brochures as well artwork for company website.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with branding guidelines.
  • Create exciting and impactful content.
  • Assist in the design of the company email campaigns.

Media Coverage and Events:

  • Responsible for PR activity such as liaising with media personnel for quotations on publication, negotiation, circulating press releases to be published, maintaining the PR log.
  • Plan and schedule events, ensuring timely and effective media coverage.
  • Coordinate event photography and video coverage.
  • Build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Proficient in managing content on social media platforms especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and Youtube
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and typography skills.
  • Experience in photography, video editing, animation, and branding.
