Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Bartender in a fine-dining standalone restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and beverage service standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bill totals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in a high-end fine-dining establishment with a focus on upscale beverage service.
• Training or certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
