Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the catering business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Create enticing catering packages and promotions to attract potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to customize menus based on client preferences and dietary requirements.



Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in catering sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in catering services.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of Bahrain's catering market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
