Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure project milestones are achieved within specified timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, monitor and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT project management best practices and standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management and Health Information Systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in managing HIS implementation projects.
• Certifications in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile would be advantageous.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare IT systems.
