Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Central Dispatcher Center (CDC) operations for the Intercity Bus Project
- Coordinate and oversee the dispatching of intercity buses to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
- Implement and maintain efficient communication systems to liaise with drivers, operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze real-time data to optimize bus schedules and routes for maximum efficiency.
- Resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during bus operations.
- Supervise and train CDC staff to maintain high standards of performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall transportation services and customer satisfaction.
