Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar operations in a fine-dining standalone restaurant setting.
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes in line with the restaurant's concept.
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high-quality service and consistent cocktail preparation.
- Maintain inventory levels and order bar supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area.
- Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cocktail pairings for the menu.

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.

Desired Experience:
