Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Life Guard.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and good observational skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in fine-dining or upscale establishments is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and safety protocols.
