Job Summary:
As a Trainee in our Internal Audits team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits for our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to understand the client's business processes, identify risks, and test the effectiveness of internal controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the field of internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scoping of internal audits for clients
- Conduct fieldwork and testing of internal controls in accordance with professional standards
- Document findings and prepare clear and concise audit reports
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes and identify potential risks
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop recommendations for improving internal controls and processes
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations related to internal audits
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of internal audits
- Adhere to the firm's policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of professional ethics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bahraini National preferred
