Quality Coordinator – for training institute

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for the training institute.
  • Monitor training processes and materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with trainers and educators to optimize training programs.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to assess training effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure all training activities meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide reports on quality metrics to management.
  • Train staff on quality control processes and procedures.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control or assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in the education or training industry.
  • Experience with training evaluation and assessment techniques.
  • Training in quality management certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
