Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for computer hardware, software, and network systems. The IT Technician will also assist in the implementation of new systems and upgrades, and will work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and integration solutions for our company's various business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Write efficient and high-quality code in compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software systems and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve and enhance our software systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Work Experience:
3-5 Years of relevant experience
