Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Ahlan App in . The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and assistance. Daily tasks may include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting loyalty program benefits to members.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and incentives
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on shifts.
