Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and initiatives across multiple countries. This pivotal role will oversee product development and ensure seamless management of operations in the central kitchen and other regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverages, product innovation, and cross-cultural management.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across all operations.
  • Be the main key of contact between the central kitchen and kitchens in different regions.

Product Development:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to bring innovative products to Lola.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in multiple countries in central kitchen and kitchens in other regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor operational performance, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team across Lola in all regions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters.
  • Engage with local teams to understand market dynamics and operational challenges.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for operations and product development, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing operations across multiple countries or regions in food and beverages industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
