Performance Indicators – (Evaluating and Reporting)


  • To supervise the teams’ resources in an efficient manner.
  • The purchase of Spare parts that are available in the local markets.
  • To assist the team members, incase of major breakdowns.
  • To provide training to the teams’ members.


Principal Accountabilities


  • Reviews the schedules for the day and delegates operational tasks to the Technicians.
  • Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Scheduler.
  • Resolves issues with the client representatives (Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders) should any arise.
  • Ensures the submittal of all PM & Breakdown reports along with pending equipment reports.
  • Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.


Specific Responsibilities


  • Ensures operations are conducted as per the department’s procedures and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Project Manager.
  • Provides service training to team members and operational training to warehouses inside and outside PWC.
  • Plans spare parts stocks and execute local purchases.
  • Coordinates and supports the Project Manager in administrative tasks related to the operation.
  • Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Preventive Action for accidents / incidents on reports and follows up on quotes required for submitting insurance claims.
  • Develops and maintains plans for emergency escape procedures and familiarizes all employees through work-based training programs.
  • Maintains accident report records and reports to management as required.
  • Prepares budget for Facilities Maintenance, MHE maintenance, waste and cleaning expenses and monitors operations to achieve objectives set in the annual budget.
  • Recommends sub-contractors for facility related MEP and other maintenance tasks, and ensures best expertise against competitive prices.
  • Identifies updates and manages Annual Maintenance Contracts and ensures best cost-effective practices are being followed.
  • Carries out regular condition-based audits across all facilities and reports potential defects or failures.
  • Conducts cost benefit analysis for all major repairs and maintenance projects and ensures delivery within budgets.
  • Provides technical support to internal customers; contributes and presents recommendations where necessary.
  • Supports local technical management
