The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of agreements with clients and ensuring that all contractual obligations and operational requirements are met. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Program Manager will act as the client's primary contact point and ensure that all aspects of the contract are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs. Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, goal setting, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Client Focus: Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying and addressing their needs. Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT services, exceeding expectations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance and Risk Management: Establish and monitor compliance with SLA/KPI to measure program success and client satisfaction. Implement robust governance and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation and vendor management to achieve cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, master's in project management) preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., ITIL, Lean Six Sigma).
- 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects and budgets, and drive project success.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements within the financial services sector.

- Proven expertise in program management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and a track record of delivering complex IT programs within the financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Presentation: Public speaking proficiency, presentation design, slideware expertise.
- Reporting: Dashboard design, data analysis, visualization, interpretation, information architecture, report writing, business intelligence, metrics, KPIs.
