Task and Responsibilities:
- Screen incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments for the manager.
- Attend meetings with the manager, take minutes, and follow up with staff members for necessary actions.
- Prepare necessary letters, Memos, correspondence (in English & Arabic), reports, and presentations as directed by the manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of business, company, and related documents.
- Organize, maintain, and update files, reports, and records (both electronic and hard copies).
