Key Responsibilities:


• Independently follows established processes providing day-to-day support necessary to ensure delivery of operational targets.

• Delivers standardized accounting tasks within clearly defined and established procedures with limited scope to act outside of these.

• Contributes to improving processes and operational issues.

• Drives the implementation of improvements within the team.

• Acts as first point of contact for the business in case of issues related to financial process/tools.

• Prepares analysis/standard reports based on direction from people leader/senior team members.

• Ensures delivery of operational KPIs within own area.

• Demonstrates a good understanding of accounting tools and accounting principles.

• Managing monthly closing procedures (P&L, Accruals, Balance sheets sign off).

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.

• Leading Inventory count (Interim and Annual) & Reconciliation of inventory during audits.

• Leading the process of “Saudi value-added certificate” renewals on half yearly basis.

• Managing External auditors during year end and closing of audit procedures as per local and group regulations.

• Performing Quarterly review of project capitalization of fixed assets.

• Supporting GSS and local finance team on VAT, Payables, Receivables queries.

• Creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's).

• Ensure proper accounting of claims is conducted on a monthly basis.

• Provide support on forecasting process.

• Provide support on Custom duty exemption process.

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.



Experience:


• 1-2 years


Qualifications/Education:


• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).

• Excellent data manipulation and visualization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
