Job Description
Our client, a chain of restaurants is seeking Waiters to join their restaurant team. The Waiters will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure guest are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service standards.
- Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal with an impeccable knowledge of the Brand Standards.
- Monitor guest's needs and promptly handle requests.
- Develop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues.
- Comply with health & safety, hygiene policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma
