Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concept.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all operational aspects, including but not limited to customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and staff management.
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high service standards and meet business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.
- Experience working in a similar role within the Middle East region is a plus.
