Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue for our hospitality business in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales management role
- Previous experience working in Bahrain or the GCC region is preferred
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and key competitors
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is offered on an annual basis in Bahraini dinar (BHD), commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses.
