Main Objectives: Supervise Hygiene Shift Leaders to ensure adherence to cleaning
schedules as per the Quality Assurance Manual. Maintain sufficient stocks of cleaning
chemicals and oversee pest control.
Main Duties:
Supervise hygiene staff, ensure efficient cleaning, assist as needed, and train staff.
Compile and submit daily hygiene reports for section head approval.
Assist with pest control in the Catering department.
Order and maintain stock of cleaning equipment and disposables.
Evaluate new cleaning equipment and chemicals for cost-effectiveness.
Prepare maintenance work orders for defective equipment.
Collect water samples for microbiological analysis.
Ensure food handling staff meet annual medical checkup requirements.
Comply with health, safety, and security regulations.
Work Contacts: Internal - Department/section head; External - Chemical suppliers and pest
control company.
Supervision: Works independently with random supervisor reviews.
Safety & Security: Coordinate with Security Manager and Head of Ramp Safety & ERP for
security and safety compliance.
Work Environment: Air-conditioned environment.
Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School certificate.
Experience: 5 years in a similar role.
Skills: Knowledge of hygiene standards, risk assessment, communication,
collaboration, and problem-solving.
