Training & Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  • Create training materials, presentations, and other resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when needed.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in training program design, development, and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in conducting training needs assessments.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Experience in e-learning development and delivery.
  • Certifications in training & development are desirable.
